Comments about Product: I got these for my wife as a Christmas gift. She loves them and thinks they are cute. When the snow is gone we will put them in the front yard near the front door to great visitors.
Comments about Product: These 3 are adorable, very detailed and colorful. I do wish they had aa opening at the base to anchor them to the ground. Mine live outside in Gnometown, USA and are a welcome addition to town!
Comments about Product: The gnome village I am creating which will be an addition to the small gnome village will be near a bigger tree in my courtyard as these gnomes are larger. I also enhanced them by painting their clothes, hat and shoes with some clear sparkle glitter to make them look more magical. This is so much fun...I recommend them highly.
Comments about Product: I actually sent these to a friend for his birthday. He was thrilled and delighted by them but was unsure if they could be put outside. I reassured him that yes they were intended for his garden.
He was very impressed by their quality. I can hardly wait to visit and see them for myself.
Comments about Product: I have these with the elf door and window set and it is perfect. The only thing I wish was that there were more in different poses and colors. I would be buying them up and create a village. Perfect size and wonderfully designed. Very detailed, down to the birds on the hat and the snail in the hands!
Comments about Product: I love these gnomes. I usually HATE garden chotchkees, especially gnomes, but these guys are awesome. One came with a broken leg. P&H replaced him immediately, no problem. Excellent Customer Service. I have gotten so many compliments. I have the door and two windows as well. They look like they are a set since the door is as tall as the elves. I am very happy!
Comments about Product: Got these for myself and 2 friends. (Third friend got something else.)
Each person loved theirs! They are so cute and not "troll-e" looking. Exactly what I was looking for. I'm glad I got them!

The Olla: A Brief History
Olla (Spanish, pronounced “oh-ya”) jars have been around since ancient times. Made of unglazed ceramic, ollas traditionally have short, narrow necks with wider bodies, and are made in a variety of shapes. They have been used for thousands of years for cooking, storage, and plant irrigation.
When used to irrigate plants, an olla is buried neck-deep in the ground near a plant’s roots, with the opening of the olla extended above the soil so that it can be filled with water periodically. The porous walls of the unglazed pottery allow the water to seep through gradually, constantly and consistently hydrating the plants without overwatering them – and without wasting precious water to evaporation or runoff.
The use of ollas for irrigation was introduced to the American Southwest by Spanish conquistadors during Colonial times, becoming very common among Native American tribes and Hispanic settlers. Though the technique gave way to more modern methods of irrigation some time ago, its superior efficiency, coupled with its simplicity, has caused it to make a comeback. Though the technique has changed little since its introduction, today’s ollas are usually capped off, making them even more water-efficient.
Perfect for home gardens, Ollas are a super-easy, eco-friendly, less time-consuming way to water annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables and plants of all kinds in dry, sandy soil, very hot or drought-prone areas, raised beds, and even pots, planters and hanging baskets. Fill the olla before you leave on a short vacation to enjoy worry-free watering – and a smaller water bill!
