      Comments about Plowhearth Garden Blue Solar Sipper:

      I put this outside during the winter and it was fine. However, when I tried to see if the white portion would pull out to clean it, it broke apart. I had only used this one winter. It doesn't even come apart (that I could see) to clean it, so it wouldn't be healthy for the birds.
