We love this frog it is in our garden it allows us to keep track of the rain and water level on a daily basis. We live right off of a lake in upstate NY and this year was tough with the lack of snowfall leaving our lake very low this Spring. The lake with the rainfall we have received has come up to where it needs to be being able to keep track of the daily rainfall with this adorable frog is just perfect. We just love it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a very functional yet very attractive garden accent.

I received this as a present, and it's adorable. However, the bottom part is rusting! Who makes a rain gauge that isn't rust-proof? P&H, is there any way to fix this?

much as I like the rain gauge I was very disappointed in didn`t have at least a spike to put in in the ground. this will severly limit my use ability. have to figure a way to keep it upright.

I love it. It's functional with a touch of whimsy. Also nicely heavy-weight, this should stand up for years. I also bought an extra glass tube.

There is no stake to hold it in the ground - it sits on it's small base which doesn't work in a garden. The weld to hold the rain gauge to the frog broke off and then the glass tube broke. Didn't even have it for an hour and it was broken. It's cute so now it is propped against a shrub but can't measure rain or stand up by itself.

The frog rain gauge is very cute and is a nice addition to our garden. I also bought a second as a gift, which was well received. I did expect it to be a big larger, but it looks great in a potted plant. Very well constructed. It is also nice that you can order a back-up rain gauge in case something happens to the first one.

Frog hasn't been too busy this summer due to little rainfall; however, the umbrella keeps it from a sunburn. Cute as pie...Love it!!!

Stands in the ground solidly. Easy to use. The only downfall was that it took 3 deliveries to delivery the 3 pieces (frog, glass tube, stake)!

Glass guage is easy to read. Frog sits in flower barrel on my patio and he is cute

The only problem I see is the holder that you place the glass tube into rusts and discolors the bottom part of the tube guage

Nice product that is a beautiful accent to the garden and easily read as a rain gauge. They are NOT for all season use as they freeze and break.
