Comments about Product: I purchased this and thought it was going to be 6 feet in length; however, after putting it on the ground and punching holes with my fingers through it, it was about 5 feet in length - terrible quality and a waste of my money.
Comments about Product: I called and was concerned about the weeds coming through the path way on about four 6 ft lengths and after a few minutes the young lady came back on the line and said that is no problem and now the four sections have been replaced. I have bought many this from Plow and Hearth and am very pleased with the service and product. Thank You so much !!
Comments about Product: Purchased 3 rolls about 3 weeks ago; then another 8 and again another 4 -- this product is terrific! We are senior citizens and can no longer deal with bags of heavy mulch, let alone raking and spreading it. This perma mulch pathway is easy to use -- unroll where you want it, put in a few garden staples to "tack it down" and you're finished. We use it as a bed under hedge roses, as a pathway along garden flower and plant beds, etc. Love, love this product. Highly recommend -- and it's a recycled product -- doesn't get any better.
Comments about Product: I have these around my yard, as a walkway near by raised garden beds and around my granddaughter's fairy garden. Soft to walk on, great weed suppression. I like that it is made from recycled tires.
Comments about Product: I purchased this product when it first came on the market at least 8 years ago (maybe more) AND I live in Florida, which is a very harsh climate what with the sun and the moisture. I have nothing negative to say about this product. It has withstood the elements very well under the circumstances. I've been reading some of the negative comments. Perhaps there are some people who are never pleased with anything or just have negative mindsets. For me, I think this is an excellent product, which is just about as easy to use as you can get, it stands up well and it doesn't look to bad. I give it 5 stars or more.
Comments about Product: Put in a new raised bed between 2 sheds so there were a lot of ugly "green stuff" - not really grass or weeds - covered the whole area with this product completely...now let's see what happens. Like this product because the size was right and it's from recycled materials.
Comments about Product: Recently bought 4 of these pathways to place under my daughters outdoor playset. In General, they work well but was disappointed to find 2 of the 4 pathways were pealing off the plastic backing and falling apart when I took them out of the packaging. Have purchased similar products in the past and they usually hold up well to the wather and use. Wonder if those 2 were just from a bad lot.
Comments about Product: I purchased this product to use as a pathway down a slight incline. The product instructions state to use fabric staples to secure the product. This site does not sell the fabric staples required. The pathway is sliding and doesn't stay in place. I am very disappointed with its performance.
Comments about Product: Do you think everyone as soon as they receive the package gets out and uses it? I wish I could, it looks great and your delivery time was awesome. I haven't had the time to use it yet. Life creates some obstacles sometimes. I would love to tell you later how it worked for me. Wish me luck.
Comments about Product: I don't think this is going to hold up for long, it really sheds and when I use the blower even lightly on it, it sheds. I like the fact that the weeds don't grow up threw it. However, it is alot hotter to walk on than I thought it would be.
Comments about Product: I put this between two small raised beds to keep down the weeds that were growing between the pavers that I had in place. It has kept the weeds in check and also gives a softer surface to walk and kneel on.
Comments about Product: This product seems to be holding up, have it in front of steps for now, used 2 sections. Around edges it does break off in small pieces. the directions say to hold it down with landscape "staples" wish you sold them with it as it would stay in place more
Comments about Product: Decided to try this underneath some lawn furniture in lieu of installing permanent bricks/pavers for a temporary summer "patio" in front of our house.....so far, is working out well! We used 4 to cover the area needed.
Comments about Product: I wanted more of a stepping stone product. I have put it outside where my dogs have a well worn path. It does help to keep their paws clean, but it's too expensive to use for this purpose, and not rugged enough.
Comments about Product: Bought this last fall and put it around the grandkids sandbox. Kept the whole area looking great and was easy to mow right up to it. Bought it again last month to put inside and around the new playhouse which we situated right next to the sandbox area. Now we don't worry about mud or grass/weeds growing inside either structure.
Comments about Product: I am a Designer of homes here in Fl and I highly recommend this product and it has gotten favorable attention from by passer's as will as the home owner's. Great for around our tree's and walk ways, edging around the fence line of a pool for over spill is great, no mess. drains well.
Comments about Product: I got 4 of these about a year ago & 3 of them started to seperate from there backing as I put them down. Used as a walkway.I took them up for the winter. I'm not sure I can use them again but I think so, Back door not much use.
Comments about Product: I purchased two of these to get an area of mint under control - I'll find out in the spring how well they work. We didn't have to use stakes to keep them down, they pretty much were put down and have stayed there. These did not seem as heavy as some narrower "mulches" I have purchased and we will not be walking on them, but for what I wanted they seem fine. I would be surprised if these did not keep the mint at bay - although the mint is probably hatching a plan of its own.

Good looking solution
Comments about Product: Use between raised flower beds; keeps a good pathway and hope to prevent the annoying weeds that kept reappearing. Like the color and even tho the mulch came rolled up, it went into place with no curling of the edges.
Comments about Product: Placed the mulch pathway at my back door. It was anchored in place and before long the area furthest from the door began to come apart. I have used rubber mulch around my trees for many years and the stuff is as good as ever so I expected this to last at least a couple seasons.
Comments about Product: I had an area with a lot of run-off during storms where the mulch kept washing away. The PermaMulch stays put and slows the current to reduce erosion.
It is also unpalatable to the little critters that were always burrowing in the real mulch. They're cute but they did make a mess. ;-)
Comments about Product: Put two of these walkways under our children's
playset(to prevent weed-growth in the open
**Effectively blocks all weeds!
So far it has been durable, and visually appealing
--even in the punishing South Florida weather.
Works perfectly Plan to soon purchase Permamulch
borders for a small corner garden in our backyard.
