Electric Log Heater Set

The first one I received was so poorly packaged. The logs were crushed and it appeared the item had been put in the shipping box without ANY packaging material.
I returned that and a replacement made it to me almost two weeks later. The insert is nice, but I expected more heat output. If you are not directly in front of it, you do not feel it. This unit makes no noise (no crackling like a real fire may make). We like to turn it on for the look of having a fire but nothing beats the real thing.
It does create a cozy feel to the room.

Package was delivered when promised, the quality and ease of assembly was very good. Gives a nice glow and the heater is relatively quiet and gives off a nice amount of heat, not too much. I am very happy with my purchase. I was very impressed with the look of the logs when I placed them in my fireplace.

This is a very good fireplace insert. We got it because we have a toddler and wanted to have something a little safer for everyday use than a real fire. It looks very real, it is pretty remarkable actually. The logs can be arranged in any way you please. The heat output is what I would call a subtle heat. It is enough to warm the room a few degrees and make it cozy but you wouldn't stand in front of it to warm yourself like you would a real fire. The heater is reasonably quiet, there is a fan in it, and didn't have any electric heater smell the first time we used it.
