    Earth shoes have always been great at supporting my back and posture. I thought these sandals would be a good replacement for old shoes. The size I ordered was way too long so I sent them in for an exchange, but I haven't gotten any confirmation at all if they were even received! How long until I hear if there is any hope of exchange or refund?
