Love the bedspread. It's a bright white. Love the chenille. I read the reviews before purchasing and others had said it sheds. Mine has not and I've had it on the bed over a week.

These are elegant, beautiful spreads. They are exactly what I was hoping to find for my guest bedroom. The ecru color is perfect for my needs - a warm antique white, not at all beigey. Haven't washed them yet but even if they might shrink, they're ample enough that they will still fall to the floor. Highly recommend.

I loved my grandmother's bedroom growing up especially her chenille spread. Was pleased to find one at a reasonable price and a perfect weight to use year round. First washing took care of all the fallout/shedding with no shrinkage in the dryer. I am very pleased !

Our mattress is 29 in. high and in order to have it come to within inches of the floor, as shown in the picture, I had to exchange the double for a queen size. I washed and dried it on delicate according to the instructions and there was very little shrinkage.
