Cotton Chenille Bedspreads And Shams

I was looking for an old fashioned chenille bedspread. I bought another one and returned it because of the quality.
I love this one. It looks and feels great. It has a nice weight. I had some friends comment on how nice it looks as well.

I was tired of coverlets and my sheets hanging out unless I was very careful when making the bed. I wanted an old fashioned bedspread that would have more length on the sides. These are hard to find. I wanted something light weight. I like chenille, but the medallion thing was a little more old fashioned than I liked. This bedspread was just what I was looking for! It is nice weight, longer in length and the design is a little more transitional than traditional. Saw similar ones for twice as much, really glad I went with this bedspread!!

I ordered a queen-size bedspread, and the fringe doesn't reach the floor on my double bed (which I stripped of bedding).

For the price, which was high, the picture showed pillow shams. When we received bedspread, no shams.

Look ok but not worth the price at all.

I looked for weeks at bedding sites and couldn't find what I wanted, a good quality Chennile bedspread with a more contempory design. Everyone has the typical, traditional patterns with the big center medallion...I wanted something a little less formal. I finally found the perfect combination of quality and design at Plow & Hearth. I found a retail store in my area and it has become one of my first 'go to' places for unique items. Love this place!!!
