I bought this tub a few months back since I needed something to hold firewood off to the side of my fireplace that would also contain the dirt and bits of bark. This tub filled that need nicely while also looking stylish and nice by the fireplace. I must say, it does hold plenty of wood for a night's fire. In fact, most nights I have wood left over. I've put it to the test, although I have taken care of it too and it has held up beautifully. Highly recommended.

I love this Copper-Plated firewood Tub, it is beautiful sitting by the fireplace and so handy to keep a little bit of firewood and fatwood in, it doesn't let the wood and dirt get on the floor and it is a beautiful addition.

This is the second time I've ordered this product. I've already written a review below (by "trying again") . It's as if I received the same one. It had the same dull finish, the seam is not the same in the photo (not covered well) it's still warped, and to make it worse, the handle fell off when we took it out of the box.

The tub was delivered quickly, but I was disappointed that I had the same problems as others. It looks warped and was obviously assembled poorly. The seams on either side under the handles are not covered as they are in the picture, so it looks cheap. The finish is a dull, matte color much unlike the picture. P&H is replacing the tub and if it looks the same, I'm sending it back for good. It costs too much to have it look so bad.

Not nearly as sturdy and strong as expected. The color is dull and not as authentic copper looking as the picture online. Also the seam down the sides are not as eye pleasing and are different than that of online as well. The handles are useless and poorly slapped on there. It's obviously cheaply made...well maybe because it IS made in China. Too bad.

looks great by the fireplace and holds enough wood for one night. I also purchased the copper ash bucket and have had lots of compliments on the decor. Really nice to have the set together.

Looks like it will be able to hold wood, sticks, coal, anything. Would also make a nice beverage tub if you didn't want to use by fireplace.

Beautiful addition to our fireplace. Holds plenty of logs and doesn't occupy alot of space.

No problems noticed. Large enough to be useful, but not too large to be in the way. Seems to be well built with material thickness enough that logs do not dent the sides when dropped into the tub.

Not enough time on it to tell how the copper plating will hold up, but it looks good.

It sits near the hearth in our family room and the copper finish goes well with the furnishings and room decor.

So far--well pleased.
