I washed these sheets before putting them on the bed, and there was no shrinking, pilling or problems. This product was backordered but were worth the wait. Very soft, very comfortable.

I noticed that these PRECIOUS sheets are on back-order. Order them anyway for ANY cat lover would surely love to snuggle between them even if there IS a wait.

I love the multi-colors! I have a range of blanket colors and pick up on the different colors each time I rotate these sheets through my selection of flannel sheets. I use flannel throughout the year because it just somehow helps with the stiffness I have from arthritis.

These flannel sheets are in just as good of condition as the day I received them after having washed them probably four or so times. Follow the washing and drying directions and I've found that if I wash flannel ONLY with other flannel, I never get any pilling at all! It works!

These are just HAPPY sheets. HAPPY SHEETS! These are just the BEST sheets for cat lovers! These are among my favorites of my favorites of my flannel sheets! EXCELLENT quality. Sized amply, just dry on LOW!

These sheets are so delightfully soft and plushy. I washed them once and the flannel bloomed and seemed even thicker than before washing. Snuggling into them at night is a treat.

I only wish I could buy additional pillowcases in this pattern.

These sheets are really nice quality. Thick and did not pill like some other top brand flannel sheets. I washed in hot water and dried immediately. The bottom sheet fit our extra thick memory foam mattress. The top sheet could be a bit wider as it did not fully tuck in under the mattress. Pillow cases may be small for a queen sized pillow. They are very warm and soft. I wish they came in some solid colors in this weight. Fantastic.

I ordered two sets of these sheets, one set for myself and another for a Christmas gift. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality--they're beautiful and soft and I can't wait for cold weather so I can begin using them. I will be proud to give the second set to another cat person in my family at Christmas.

The sheets are definitely soft, as other reviewers have mentioned. I purchased the king sized sheets, and I was pleased that they are large enough to fit today's thick mattresses. My mattress is 13", and I have a thick mattress protector on top of that. I often have trouble with the fitted sheet, even on sheet sets that claim they fit 15" and larger. But the bottom sheet fit great, even covered all of the sides. The elastic goes all the way around, in case someone is wondering. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the top sheet could stand to be more generous in the width. The sides barely cover the sides of the mattress, so tucking in along the sides is out of the question. The length is fine and tuckable, but not the sides :(

I've been looking for a long time for a good set of flannel sheets. They used to be easy to find but nowadays, even when you spend good money, they can be very scratchy and not very warm. I took a chance on these sheets, knowing Plow and Hearth's reputation for excellent quality and I'm so glad I did! Number 1 - they're absolutely adorable! I love all the kitties! Number 2 - soft as can be! I washed the sheets and put them on my bed the very day they arrived. That night when I crawled into bed, it was like crawling into a very cozy nest. I sleep very well and never am I cold at night. Number 3 - they wash up well and don't shrink. I've had them for a little over a month and have washed them several times. No pilling at all and they haven't shrunk up and there isn't a lot of fuzz left on the dryer lint screen so you know they're staying nice and soft. I'm planning on ordering a second set! That's how much I like them!

I am leary of buying any flannel items very online. Many items that say flannel, are hard, thin and scratchy. But I love cats and wanted to give these sheets a try.

WOW! are they soft on both sides. No rough or hard edges or seams. They just float over your body and warm to your temp. I do not sweat having them on. I fell asleep so fast when using these sheets and my 3 cats loved sleeping on them too.

These sheets are so soft and so cute--and I am so happy that they are available in king size!!! So often the "cute" sheets are manufactured for smaller beds--why should kids have all the fun?!! Highly recommended!!

I convinced Grandma to buy these for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas after seeing them in the Winter catalogue. These sheets exceeded my expectations as the quality is super and the kitty cats design is the cutest I think I have ever seen anywhere! Now, if only I could convince my husband to allow ME to get a set for our bedroom! Thanks for making a GREAT product!

Most flannel sheets are solid color, striped, or remind one how cold it is -- penguins, snowflakes, or moose with pine trees. Brrr! This one has cats of all --ALL-- stripes playing with yarn. The fitted sheet is good for mattresses wider than mine, and seem to hold body heat much better than the ones showing skiing snowmen. If I had 2 beds I'd buy a 2nd set.
