This was purchased to add some pop to a dull outside wall of our house. I placed some potted plants in front of it and am enjoying the visual.
I felt it went together easy and placed into the ground just as easy.
It makes a dramatic statement as a back drop.

Trellis is a lovely design and affordable, but was missing the hardware (bolts) to join the pieces together. I improvised, but even if I had the right hardware it is pretty flimsy. My placement is out of the wind, but feel certain it would not do well in a more exposed location.

This item was the perfect solution for my garden. I wanted to block the view of the garage next door. I purchased this, planted it with some fast-growing Carolina jasmine and by next year my unsavory view will be blocked.

I PURCHASED THIS FOR A FOCAL POINT TO MY GARDEN AND FRONTING IT WITH ROSES. JUST WAITING FOR FULL BLOOM EFFECT. LOOKS TERRIFIC, HAVE HAD NEIGHBORS STOP AND COMPLIMENT. JUST ADDED 2 SOLAR SPOTLIGHTS FOR EFFECT. ONLY ISSUE WAS DECIDING WHETHER TO PUT TOGETHER FIRST OR SECTION BY SECTION DURING PLACEMENT. ENDED UP PUTTING TOGETHER. SOME DIFFICULTY GETTING IT IN THE GROUND STRAIGHT AS THE PRONG BOTTOM SLANTED SLIGHTLY FORWARD FROM THE MAIN GATE SECTIONS

I ordered both the Montebello trellis with wings and, earlier, two plain Montebellow trellises and a Montebellow trellis and gate. I love the design, they install easily and are great space definers. But two of the three orders included broken parts, and replacement was incomplete.

I am using it as a part fence/barrier where my path goes into my back yard. I have a yellow trumpet vine growing on it to add privacy to a small patio beyond. It is perfect for the space.

I purchased 3 of these. 2 look great, the 3rd was missing screws. I tried to contact customer service and it was such a hassle I gave up. : (

I purchased the trellis to use as a backdrop for a 8' by 12' flower garden. It provided some much need height behind low-lying flowers and gave me the ability to add some flowering vines. Once installed, it met the need. However, the installation was far more challenging. Specifically, I attempted to pound the spikes into the ground while attached to the rest of the trellis. I found that the hardware (i.e., nuts and bolts) kept coming loose as I worked with it. In retrospect, I probably should have dug holes instead. Also, in the process, one of the vertical poles broke from the top horizontal bar. The directions provided little information on how to assemble this. All in all, I found the quality to be lower than the price I paid and warn others to use great care when installing any trellis like this.

I wanted to create an enclosed but airy courtyard that would deter deer & be a quiet place to enjoy my existing garden area. I ordered (8)sets to encircle the space. So far deer have not tried to jump over the enclosure. My only disappointment is I'd already purchased the matching arbor with gate last summer, which was black. The trellises came in a rustic brown, which I really like better. Nothing a metallic spray treatment won't fix I'm sure!
