Battery-Operated Single Window LED Window Candles

I love the way these candles look from both the inside and the glow through the trees surrounding our house outside. A very nice addition to my Christmas decor in a new house.

Yes, the yellow light bulbs look orange,which I do not like. I ordered 4 packs of the white light bulbs and not one worked. I need to return them and I am still deciding if I should order replacements. I did read that the white bulbs appear to be blue when lit. It would be nice if they were warm white.

Use both Yellow & White LED Blubs depending on season of year.

Display the candles in my windows and love that they are on a timer.

The description did not say that the entire thing was made of plastic.The screw in area for the bulb is very flimbsy. I am afraid that it will break at any time. When it stated that it was "pewter", I expected a "metal (heavy) based" product. The candle itself is nice looking, but I needed a heavier base. I purchased a real brass based candle from another company for cheaper also.

The timer function was great and the bulbs and batteries didn't need replacing, after a month and a half's use. Unfortunately, the "yellow" bulbs are more orange than yellow, as others have said. I bought white replacement bulbs, but they don't work, so I'm going to return them. Having now read that the "white" bulbs look more blue than warm white, I'm just going to return them, rather than ask for an exhange. Plow and Hearth, please listen to the masses - WE WANT WARM WHITE BULBS!

These are a really sweet addition to holiday decorations. I set them in windows & the timers are wonderful so you don't have to remember to plug them in or turn them on.

I had 2 sets of 4 from last year and ordered 2 more sets this year because I love the way they look and that they don't need cords (especially important in an old house with few electrical outlets). However, of the 8 new candles I received this year, one of them did not work. But since I have 23 others that do work and I was too lazy to return, I just kept the defective one.

I was tired of the messy electrical cords and began my search for replacement single candles. I puchased a set of flickering battery-operated single candles from another company. I quickly returned the candles as the flickering became extremely annoying. The candles I ordered from Plow & Hearth came well packaged and arrived in a very timely manner. The directions were comprehensive making assembly quick & easy. After doing a great deal of comparison shopping I was thrilled with the quality and the price of these candles. I find the yellow flames very realistic and the bronze holders stunning. Lovely addition to my home. I am thrilled with the candles and am contemplating ordering another set. Thank you for offering such a fantastic product. The candles are perfect for my needs! No cons so far!

I was a little leery about spending so much money on these after reading many negative comments. However, I'm very happy. My order arrived quickly. Every one of the 12 candles worked fine and all are still working after 31 days of constant use. The yellow bulb color is warm and realistic looking. Although the bases are plastic, the pewter finish is lovely.

Don't order if you are matching to white or soft-white Christmas lights. The color is very orange.
They work for me only because we decorate all our outside in multi-colored lights, so the orange just looks like another color.
Also, glad I ordered an extra pack--3 out of 20 did not have accurate timers. The return was very easy.

love these candles. So nice to not have to deal with a cord! the auto on off is a huge bonus too.

I had been wanting candles for the windows at Christmas for sometime. Logistically, these made sense with the automatic timer and the battery operation. I got seven boxes of these. They operated a month on one set of batteries, were dim at the end, but still clearly visible from outside. Two of the candles were turning on a little early at the end, but the rest were all right in sync when I removed them. They fit nicely behind the blinds, are weighted, and really made the house look festive! I am very happy with this purchase!

I do not have "window sills", but double hung windows, the fact that the base is oval allowed me to set the candles between the window "ledge". The candles work well, and do exactly what they are suppose to. I had to wait quite a while to get my order, but they came just in time for Christmas. I would love to order more, but the bronze have been discontinued. Boo!

I love these! I purchased two of them and want more for next year! They are dependable, decorative, and beautiful!

Timer works as described, base is stable with a felt pad.

They look good in the windows and when they work, they're great.

These window lights are wonderful!!! The timer turns them on for 8 hrs and off for 16hrs. If I had more windows I would buy more.

Must have been popular because they were on backorder and could have used them sooner. However, had always wanted to get candles for our windows at Christmas and these worked out perfectly with being automatic on and off and using batteries! Such a nice glow -- almost looked real! Added a warmth, especially on snowy nights! So glad we finally got some! As the saying goes, "if everyone just lit one little candle, what a bright world this would be" and Christmas is about the One Who is the candle/light of the World!

I leave in my windows year round, but use them mostly during the Holiday season.

They look great in all my windows.

Batteries are expensive.

Ordered some for my sister's home as she loved them as well.
Only had one that didn't operate,and it was returned with no problems.

I love the look of these candle holders. They are weighted. Even though they are plastic they are not cheap looking. They are in my windows and they look great from the outside. I do have to find some different lights because I'm not wild about the color. I tried the soft white that they offered and they look blue like a lot of the led bulbs. The ones that come with them are yellow.

Used behind two inch blinds. Worked well but would also serve well in other situations, table top, mantle, etc.

Attractive candles for windows. Convenient to use. However, the timer feature is not accurate in all the candles, I purchased 12 and at least 4 of them go on and/or off incorrectly.

Ordered three sets of four candles to fill windows. Only ten work out of the box - 83% is a "C".

Can't be mixed with other candles d/t difference in brightness. I bought 12 and they caame in every conceivable state of disarray. I put them together, and all worked but one.

The big plus is the convenience of not having to turn them on and off.

These fit nicely in normal windows with a small 2-3 inch sill. Easy to turn on and off and look nice from the street.
