It is a unique bench, style wise. However, I ordered the gray wash and the color is definitely brown. It would have been too difficult to put back in the box and return. I was forced to buy a new patio rug to try and pull the colors together. We had no other brown to accessorize the patio. Otherwise, nice bench.

I purchased it for a small garden area. It looks very nice. My only issue is with the color. I chose the gray-washed and it was mostly a brownish stain finish with very little gray on it. Customer service offered that I return it and they would hand pick another. I did not want to go to that trouble and told them I will try to do it myself. If anyone chooses the gray, have them look at it prior to shipping.

Using in open FL atrium. Will treat with Teak Oil to be certain it is preserved from the elements. Perfect size for small space. The unique style is a WOW factor to all that see it.

I have always wanted Lutyens bench to add to my outdoor area. But they are expensive. This one suprisingly was well priced. Dimensions met the need of my porch perfectly. Well made too. Bought a black one and added some pretty pillows from another site to spice it up. Now I have a welcoming front porch and I am happy to be welcomed everyday!

I had saved my money to purchase this beautiful beanch in green to go out on our back deck. Have only had it for a few months. It is now chipped and not weather-proof. Very disappointed since it was an expensive bendh.

I love this little bench and enjoyed viewing it in my garden. The style is just what I was looking for and the natural finish was lovely in the beginning. After several years 3, it faded, as is teak's natural weathering, but it changed the look completely. I am going to purchase another one, this time white.

Live very close to the Tennesee River...lot of moisture, lot of fog, high humidity in the Summer. Purchased bench several years ago, and it has held-up great. Sits on my front porch, and have had no complaints....
very comfortable and aging to a nice hue.

I ordered two benches and both arrived quickly. They were easily assembled and are a higher quality than others I've seen for even more money. The size of these benches was perfect for my needs...many are much larger. The finish is lovely, although I wanted them to be black so I have spray painted them to coordinate with our other patio furniture. They are sitting next to the house flanking a fountain surrounded by a ring of low boxwoods on a pea gravel bed. So inviting! I am very pleased with this purchase.

Basically use this bench for yard decor to give it that english garden-look...it's a cozy little bench that gives a big bang for little bucks...unfortunately, it is not built to last.

This looks great under our trees -- it is smaller than I anticipated and than it looked in catalog but very charming. Sturdy and fairly easy to put together. All in all, a good buy for the money!

It looks great as a decoration on front porch, but it's not sturdy enough for heavy use as a seat. Too bad the pre-drilled holes were'nt all deep enough for screws to catch - makes one wonder about how well it will hold together. Finish looks nice, question is how it will hold up outdoors. Serves my decor objective well, but how long will it last?

We use this bench in a sitting area on the lawn in the front yard. It has a classic design and goes well with the design of our house. A few planters on each side and it welcomes you to come and sit awhile.

This is a great garden bench for the price. Construction could be a bit more substantial but it is perfect for what we are using it for and was one of the only benches that was so attractive and in our price range.

Outdoor entrance is now enhanced; since I've only had a week, I cannot account for the weatherproofing, but I was told by customer service that the white is weatherproof; if not I can get my money back any time in the future - it is guaranteed. I am extremely happy with it at this point - there were two places where the screws were not designed to have weatherproof caps. I wonder why???
