I needed cushions for my swing bench and chaise. I ordered the size I needed and received them within 4 days. I unfortunately received the wrong swing bench cushion, but talked to a customer service representative on line and they were very helpful. They mailed out the correct size right away, and send a return paid UPS tag to send back the wrong one. Overall, very happy.

I have no complaints about the swing cushion. My only complaint is that when I ordered the swing cushion I ordered pillows as well and was not told at that time the pillows were to be back ordered. It is not going to be a problem as I din't have them ordered or needed them for an occasion but if I were ordering them thinking I would have them a certain time and then find out they were back ordered I probably wouldn't have ordered them in the first place. I would have chosen something else that was in stock. After I sent an e-mail asking about the pillows did I learn they had been backordered. I just wish I had know sooner.

I haven't put the swing cushion on yet as I am waiting for the pillows but it seems to be of good material and well made.

Also, I don't like receiving the many e-mails I get from you everyday.

I have owned this swing for 14 years, it is comfortable and very well made. I purchased the bottom swing cushion which makes it very comfortable. We have refinished this swing a couple of times and it still looks like brand new. When something happens to mine I will diffently be buying another one.

I bought this swing about 25 years ago, and it had been in constant use since then. It had been refinshed once. Last year, a tornado went through the farm fields, took down one end of my 100 year old barn, and strangely enough, took the porch swing off its hooks and sent it flying a good 200 feet. It could not be repaired, sadly, according to a carpenter. Lucky for me, I found a copy of Plow and Hearth sitting on a table tonight at a public place, and I thought to check if this swing were still offered, and so it is! I'm so happy I can replace my beloved piece of furniture, the place where I loved to sit in the morning drinking coffee, and cuddling up with a blanket on a fall evening watching the sun set. I highly recommend this swing to anyone who values comfort, good looks, and durability.

The only problem we have is that we want to hang from a tree and getting longer lengths of the same kind of chain as been difficult. Perhaps you could offer various lengths from your distributor to meet customer's needs.

I am pleased with the workmanship and it is beautiful when stain is added. I did not know it had to be painted or stained and the design is not the easiest to paint. I would recommend it, but think the description should state it must be painted before use.
