Comments about Product: I ordered this for myself as a Christmas present and finally received it today. The bottom rack is attached by screws that don't tighten completely and the rack doesn't sit evenly. Like when you go to a restaurant and see a bunch of napkins tucked under a table leg so the table doesn't wobble. That's what I got. I waited quite awhile for this and am really disappointed!
Comments about Product: It is a good size and fairly sturdy to hold the wood. However, assembly was very difficult as the screws are not made to fit. The nuts do not fit so there is a space gap between the nuts and screw. Too bad, as otherwise would be nice!
Comments about Product: I looked at all the racks and felt that this had the most/best features, and I was right! The tools are sturdy and really work; the rack itself is well-designed: the kindling goes below on a solid flat surface (so it doesn't fall through, like it would on some of the racks) and the log rack is deceptively roomy: the curved lower support really increases storage space, the open rack space means you can stack above the height of the rack, and the open sides mean your logs can be fatter. I love it! I just hope they will provide replacement brooms, since straw brooms always eventually wear out/come undone.
Comments about Product: This is an excellent rack & tool set. The tools are strong and sturdy, better than most others we looked at and at a better price! Log rack holds just enough- about a day's worth in winter, however, your logs need to be cut to at least 13 1/2 to 14 inches long to fit in the cradle. We've had ours about 3 months now and love it!
