I fell in love with these when I saw them. The crewel work is absolutely beautiful. You don't see everybody and their pet poodle wearing them and I like to be different. I was unsure what size to order since clogs tend to run small. I normally wear an 8.5 so I ordered the XL to be on the safe side. They fit a little big, so I wish I had gone ahead and ordered the Large. They are comfortable, but I wish they had a little more padding/memory foam in the foot bed. All in all, I do love them. I ordered them in brown and I may just have to go back and order the blue ones too.

Disappointed with Customer Service

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my mother. When I ordered them, they said they should ship in 7-10 days. 3 weeks later when they had still not arrived, I went online to track them, and it said they were on backorder. It would have been nice to know that when I placed the order. They did not arrive in time for our early Christmas get- together. When I called customer service, all I was told was that these slippers have been very popular and that they cannot keep up with notifying people that things are on backorder. Really? Very disappointed with the customer service.

Purchased them in the store actually went in for a different pair. The catalog picture does not do them justice. I love the cruel embroidery! The brown looks black! Only the sales receipt says brown! Great price, great product! Love them!
