My husband put these up and then we realized the bulb wouldn't reach the socket so after we bought extenders they looked great. They are exactly what I was looking for. Just remodeled my kitchen replacing the old faded white trim with these and I love them!

I love the way it turned my boring, blah recessed lighting into something beautiful. I have had these for about a month now and everyone who sees them wants to know where I bought them. The fact if you buy 4 or more they discount them even more. I have seen these trim rings on other sights for more money. It took my husband who is not DIY person a half hour to install 4 and that includes removing the old ones. Now I have a beautiful ceiling, you will enjoy the difference it makes on your boring lighting. The quality of this product is outstanding verses the cost. You will be happy with the difference this makes in recessed lighting.

Made comment before, this is the follow-up. Trick for those that have the right size can, but, the bulb does not go all the way in, get a bulb extender. Success and beautiful.

I think these are beautiful. I bought them for my dining room. The picture before/after leads you to believe that the you can just clamp these on to the recessed light. Not so. Once I figured out the pencil trick (I used a thin phillps screw driver/much stronger) all went well. I too have the cone inserts (ugly). Everything went well until I went to insert the bulbs. The recommended bulbs for the fixture are not long enough. I was able to use three of the current bulbs (tight fitting) but, for some reason the forth will not go in. I will take the recommendation from Avid Do-It-Yourselfer and look into the bulb adaptors. If this works I'll purchase some more. Still concerned about the size and wattage requirements.

This is the second one we purchased. The first one we left in our past home. When you start updating the finishings in your home, this completes the room. It's first class all the way. It says you took the time and effort to add all the high end finishings to your home. I will be replacing a few more can lights soon. The home do-it-yourself national stores do not even come close to carrying this class of finishing for recessed lighting.

Absolutely love this product! Installed it in my kitchen, bathroom, living room, and hall ways! Replaced the old outdated inserts with these updated classy fixtures! They are a great value and super easy to install.

These did not fit my current recess lighting. Had my father try to install it and he is a contractor but we would have to drill holes and it just was not worth it. Nice trim rings very disappointed they did not fit.

Look great and were easy to install since we had the right sized can to fit them. Did need to buy smaller bulbs and bulb adaptors in order to screw the bulbs into the sockets. Light diffusing and add a classy touch.

these really are beautiful when installed and definitely do dress the room up. BUT, they were NOT easy to install, at least on our recessed fixtures. There are springs to hold the fixture to the light housing and, once those springs were connected placing tension on the can, the light bulbs became crooked in the fixture and looked ridiculous. we put up 8 at once and all eight did exactly the same thing. it is difficult to explain but it was bit tedious to devise the work-around. also, we did need extenders which added a few bucks to the cost of the fixture. Overall, though, it was worth the trouble. They really do look awesome.

We put these up in our kitchen and hallway. It added a decorative touch as well as color to the ceiling lights. It is a beautiful design and makes your home look more like a custom home. I would highly recommend this product. Love them!

I absolutely love this recessed light cover! It is so unique and is a perfect match to the bronze chandelier I just hung in my dining room. I just wish I could afford eight more for my kitchen!!! I myself could not figure out how to install it so I had my electrician hang it while he was here. He had it up in two minutes.

The trim ring is very stylish. My only complaint is that it did not fit my (I think) standard recessed light opening. Check the measurements of your opening against the inner diameter of the product before purchasing.

These will not fit on the slanted can lights as the slanted cans are not adjustable. I had to return most of them
