arrived in damaged carton but ok; easy to assemble; cast is terrible! Rough edges around entire design. Paint is awful...not fully covered with visible brush strokes. Will certainly rust; not comfortable after 5-10 minutes. Pretty to look at. Going to see how much return shipping will cost! Thought Plow & hearth would have better quality.

I purchased two benches to use for fire-pit seating in my backyard. The design has visual appeal and is also practical in its durability and stability. I love the finish, as it matches the ironwork on my fire-pit. Add cushions to the benches and you have a terrific economical seating arrangement for whatever use you have in mind. The included instructions, assembly tools, and hardware made this very simple to assemble. I had them both assembled and placed by the fire-pit in a 40 minute timeframe, start to finish.

We put this bench in a corner in our garden. It took literally 15 minutes to assemble. It is built well so that I am not afraid my small children will destroy it, but is lightweight enough that it can be easily moved if needed.

I love the way this bench looks. However it arrived damaged. Packaging is too lightweight. Major dent in leg. Customer service was great and addressed the issue immediately with good results. The bench will rust. Mine started rusting within several months. I am going to repaint it in hopes of taking care of this issue. It is a good buy for what you get. Very easy to assemble.

We were surprised at the ease with which this bench assembled. it has an old world charm and works great in our patio. It's also a heavier metal than expected (for the money). All in all...a good product.

This bench looks great in my yard. The only negative was that it was packaged poorly for delivery. My first bench had to be sent back because the flimsy carton got crushed. My second bench came, the carton was damaged in the corner only, so I kept the bench and it was fine.

This bench looks exactly like it does in the catalog. I like the metal and it looks great in our garden setting. The problem with the way it sits is that it doesn't have much depth and sits quite upright so it's not going to be comfortable for anyone over 5 feet tall!

The product was priced right and attractive, but a very disappointed with the regards to water accumulating inside the screw ho;es thus creating rust on deck and concrete. You have to keep covered when not in use! I bought two: one for daughter and one for self!

We purchased 5 benches for the common area in our private community. Everyone like them alot. They look better than more expensive benches we priced from other companies. Our landscaping contractor also appreciates that they are not heavy and can easily be moved when mowing our grass.

I LOVE THE DESIGN AND THE PRICE AND THOUGHT METAL WOULD BE LESS MAINTENANCE THAN OUR PREVIOUS WOODEN BENCH. WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF US ASSEMBLING AND PUTTING OUTSIDE, IT BEGAN TO SHOW SIGNS OF RUSTING. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. MY HUSBAND ENDED UP PUTTING A COUPLE COATS OF RUSTOLEUM ON THE BENCH. LOOKING BETTER. HOPE IT WORKS.

I find the bench very attractive and durable, but it just is not comfortable to sit in for any length of time. The back of the bench is too straight .

This is a great bench for the money. My only complaint is that it is much lighter than you would think and tends to blow over in very strong winds. It has blown on to my flowers in the garden several times.
