I actually bought 2 of these, one for my kids and one for my 2 nephews for Christmas. What a great gift this will be! Add a basket of marshmallows and chocolate bars, or perhaps some gormet marshmallows with hot chocolate... and this is a fantastic gift idea!
There are no "cons" that I can think of at all. I was worried about the availability of the fuel sternos, but after I recieved this order, I went to a popular super-center and looked in the party aisle, and there they were. So, they are readily available. I reccommend buying at least 2, becuase you don't want to be in the middle of the fun and run out!
No doubt, I'll buy this product AGAIN for more gift giving, as I am sure it will be a hit!!

Wish I had known or that someone at the store had told me. Great gift, just make sure you have everything you need or you'll be disappointed when you open the box.

My husband bought this to use when the grandkids visit. Wow, what a hit! Easy to store, very sturdy, and safe to use inside with the kids. Its cute authentic campfire design makes us want to turn out the lights and tell campfire stories around it! Fun for young and old alike.

Although there are 4 trays and prongs for the "cooks", the device is small and accommodates only one cook at a time. Good opportunity to teach safety with FIRE....and patience.

The product looks great; however, it has proven to be a significant challenge to locate the exact brand and size of sterno fuel to fit the product. It would be great if Plow & Hearth offered the fuel for purchase as well.
