The customer service was outstanding, with Plow and Hearth's personal "consultant" working with me to order a second matching chair, arranging "White Glove" delivery, and a follow-up call to be sure of my satisfaction.

After shopping for months, looking for modest sized chairs
in a solid color, the furniture from Plow and Hearth was
"a find" for my condo.

I loved the color and price of this chair but because it sits so low and the seat is uncomfortable, I'm probably going to have to sell it. For any one that has even a small back problem this will make it worse as it has mine
I'd return it but I've been trying to get used to it for awhile and think it's too late.
Very disappointing
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
