These grilling baskets are the perfect solution
to tomatoes and mushrooms on a shis-kabob skewer.
By the time the meat is done, the tomatoes and
mushrooms have usually fallen off into the coals.
These baskets keep them safe and sound. They can
be cooked to their own requirements and kept warm
on the back of the grill, or put on last and
everything taken off together. We love them

We used these for the first time tonight and they did a great job grilling the kebobs, although we had to arrange them to keep the wood handles away from the flames. The baskets are very hard to clean even though we used non-stick spray. I'm going to try soaking them overnight.
