I ordered two chair pads for color checking and a rug, I did not like the rug and have sent it back. One of the chair pads was the color depicted but I did not like how it looked in the room, the other I think has the perfect color in it but what was sent was a multi colored product and what was ordered was a solid color, they have all been sent back and I intend to order another full size rug in the color that I hope matches the small piece of color in the multi colored pad

We have five steps leading from our laundryroom to our kitchen, and since the doggy door is located in the laundry room, our dog travels up and down these five steps many, many times a day. In the 16 years we've lived in our house we've had to replace the carpet on the stairs a few times just because of our dogs. A few months ago , we were so sick of spot treating the carpet that we decided to see what kind of flooring was underneath. Luckily it was a good quality wood, so were tore the carpet out, stained the steps, and bought five brown braided stair treads from Plow and Hearth. We are very happy with our purchase. The color is a rich, deep chocolate brown, and has looked great in the 10 weeks we've had them down. I was afraid they would be coarse, but they are soft enough to comfortably walk barefoot on them. We attached them to the steps with double sided carpet sticky tape. We've had no problems with slipping, and the treads are generous enough that they cover most of the steps so the dog does not scratch the hardwood. We were so happy with the way it all worked out we tore the carpet off the six steps we have to the basement and did the same thing. All in all, a great solution. (The things we do for our pets!)

We have a dog that tracks in from the backyard and people who track in from the front door. We purchased a runner for both areas and they are perfect to catch the dirt and clean up beautifully. These are not only practical, but they are soft under your barefeet, nice and thick and very attractive. It's nice not to have to give up beauty for practicality.

Colors in the examples are dead on. At least for the Vienna that we chose for our family room. Extremely well made.

I love the colors of these rugs. They are durable & easy to clean. They do tend to slip on laminate floors. Overall, I am pleased with the rugs. They are very good quality for the money. I used a product called u glue strips to hold the rugs in place on a staircase & it seems to work fine.

The chair pads are nice and easy to clean, even cat hair is easy to remove. They do slide around some but has not caused a problem. Provide protection to wood chair seats. The ties were not finished on the ends so I melted them to prevent them from coming apart.

The colors are great in this rug and it goes beautifully under my dining room table...BUT...as the color in circular weave design changes, it is very uneven, abrupt and noticeable....I am very disapppointed in that part of it as I feel I paid a high price for the rug.

We recently remodeled our mountain cottage with wood floors. These rugs are perfect - colors are just what we expected, style fits our home and they are very durable for the mountain environment. The second day we put them down down, we had a big spill in the dining room; but took it outdoors and sprayed with a hose, as recommended. The rug looked like new!

We have a new vinyl tile grouted floor on which you cannot put a rubber-backed mat. It is a Blue Slate color with brown and gray in it and this rug looks fantastic on it and feels great. We have one in our mudroom entrance, and I may get another for at the kitchen sink.

I recently purchased the poly pro braided stair treads for a staircase that I just put planks on. The colors are bright & attractive. I did use U Glu strips to secure them in place & that seems to work fine. They appear to be easy to clean. I liked the craftsmanship so much I just ordered more rugs for other areas in my home. It is hard to find good quality at a great price these days.

I'm very fussy about braided rugs-I've made them myself-and generally I want them to be 100% wool, but I tried these for a VERY hard-wear area where I didn't want to invest the $$ for pure wool. I was very pleased to get them and find that they are actually laced together (like braided rugs were meant to be made) and made of yarn-not some freaky tubular stuff.
A very good value for the money. The craftsmanship is very good, and the color "swatches" on the website were spot-on and helped to steer me away from my original choice to one that was much better I think!

I placed non-slip backing on the stair treads and they have remained secure. Without the backing, they would move around which would be a hazard on the stairs. They are beautiful and every visitor comments on their attractiveness against the oak stairs.

I was looking for a way to upgrade the look and finish off the builder-level (not custom built) stairwell too our basement, incuding the stair treads. The cost to carpet and pad a single stairwell was too high using alternate suppliers, so purchasing these carpet treads was a perfect and attractive solution. Using the neutral/brown/black pattern treads on the stairs, we finished off our stairwell with a traditional, yet, also, contemporary look, with neutral, tan walls, white trim, bronze fixtures, and stained, wooded stair treads underneath. The colors worked especially well with our newly, more darkly stained handrail. Recycled laminate wood finished off the landing. We were able to customize the number of treads ordered (needing just 1 extra than the standard number) rather than having to buy an extra pre-packaged order, as required by other vendors. You will need double-sided carpet tape to keep the treads stationery, to avoid sliding; extra stability can be had by nailing a couple of fasteners directly to the wood treads (easily removable for occasional cleaning). Our wood treads, finished with off the shelf wood stain product, were not high-end, can handle any slim nail down of carpet treads, if we choose, and the carpet treads hide a good portion of any imperfections. We enjoyed being able to better control dust and pet hair and dander by vacuuming the wooden stair treads and easily cleaning the carpet treads, rather than having carpeted steps. They are a great look for Cape Cod, cottage, cabin, or traditional homes that can, also, blend more contemporary touches.

I bought this rug for in front of the kitchen sink. It is heavy and I'm not constantly straightening it because it is crumpled in a pile,from family and friends not picking up their feet. I love it and when something spills it wipes off easily. I love it and wish I had purchased it years ago.

We used carpet tacks to attach the treads to our wooden steps. Within a month the treads were pulled in various directions, distorted, plus in several places the white lining shows. Not a good quality product for the use intended.

Just remodeled home. Refinished stairs and added these,they are very attractive. They were slippery, but a quick tack down on each corner and the problem was resolved.

We are using this rug under a dining table to keep the chairs from scratching the wood floor. It is a lovely color with the wood and doesn't show food. We haven't tried to clean it yet. It does bunch a bit at the table legs but evens out easily.

This rug sits in the hallway at the entry from the garage. Great for collecting dirt and wiping feet as you come it. Looks great with a great function.
