I purchased this item about 3 years ago and although it is not exactly the same as the one pictured, mine has stood the test of time. It easily fits over a floor register and dries even the thickest, wettest gloves fast. Sooo glad I bought it!

We love this item! This is exactly what what we were looking for. It has worked great for drying out our 4 kids hats and gloves. In the summer I use it to dry our reusable veggie bags. My boys use it as a baseball hat holder and my 2 year old loves to hang her sweatshirts on in it. Would definitely recommend this item to others!

This works great for mittens and hats in the winter and in the summer we used it for wine bottles and as a plastic bag dryer.

The shipping was too high and it took too long to recieve it and when I called about it they said just send it back, which would have cost me money,the service department did not handle my complaint when I told her I wanted it by a certain date and it did not arrive. Not happy.

Arrived bent tried to straighten the bent arm broke off the main shaft poor weld from factory. Easily repaired. works just fine.

Average quality -- some of the metal balls attached to the ends of the hanging pegs have fallen off and had to be reglued, but product still handy with kids in snow country

I was looking for a way to dry mittens and socks without burning them. Plow and Hearth saved the day. We have a very large fireplace and when we hung socks on the fire screen, they become scorched. This solves the problem perfectly. Mittens and socks are dry and warm and ready for the next round of snowplay. It is very well designed - it fits nicely on the hearth and doesn't tip over, even when covered with clothes.

We keep our mitten tree near our fireplace, but you don't need a fireplace for the mitten tree to work. Having young kids in the winter means wet hats, mitten, gloves, and scarfs. Before the mitten tree, these clothing articles would be piled on the floor, seldom drying out completely. The mitten tree allowed for the outside accessories to dry in a timely manner, help to prevent the odd ball glove or mitten from being misplaced, and has more than enough pegs for a family of four to use

I am so happy I bought the Mitten Tree! I remembered last winter's cramming of mittens and hats under the heater and didn't want to go thru that again. The Mitten Tree is perfect; I can fill up all the branches and leave beside the heater (I don't have a fireplace) and they are dry by the next morning. I am so happy with my new mitten tree! We've used it every day this winter with my kids bringing home their wet mittens and hats from school. The neighborhood kids come over with wet stuff too, so it's been a must have. I wouldn't have survived this winter without it, and I don't know how I ever managed winter before now! I even use it for wet rubber gloves and cleaning rags. It's a good size, not too bulky, I put it near a heater vent for quicker drying... Best winter purchase I've made, EVER!

I love this product. I had no place to dry wet gloves and hats so this is an awesome device as simple as it is. Would look good next to a fireplace or wood stove. Wet items from a family of four would severly push its limits though.
