I purchased four. 1 Oklahoma U and 3 Oklahoma State. One OSU is in my garden one OSU went to California and the other two, OU and OSU were door prizes.

The gnome is a perfect size. I had him outside in my rock garden during football and basketball season, since the Buckeyes were so awesome.

A hint -- I kept him upright by putting chopsticks in the holes under his feet. Perfect for "gnome stakes."

I recommend you use your gnome inside because he faded during his two seasons outside. His scarlet and gray is now rose and gray. Too bad -- I gave several as gifts.

I gave this gnome to my thirty-something son for Christmas. Adult boys can be hard to shop for. He was delighted. I'm not sure how well Mr. Gnome will hold up outside. I think my son is using him inside and shows him off when he has friends over to root for the team.

I thought he'd be bigger. I read the measurements before I bought him, but I still thought bigger. Even on the small side, he's one of a kind and just as cute as can be. I told my son I thought he would be a good doorstop indoors.

I really appreciated the detail of the paint.
Sometimes you purchase from a catalog and something looks nice in the picture, but when you get it it isn't as 'crisp'. That was not the case here. It was very cute and bright.

The gnome was a gift to my Michigan State daughter to celebrate Nebraska's entry into the Big 10. It's great that the NE gnome is tough looking to intimidate Sparty. Pure fun at a small price. Go Big Red!

The USC gnome was my husband's favorite gifts this christmas. The colors are a perfect match for USC's colors and he is cute and friendly looking! During football season he sits on out mantle in the front room, but off-season he is a great display in our window sill.
We will be adding gnomes to our collection as our own kids go off to college! The only thing I would say is that he is smaller than anticipated but still a good size- not too small.

This made for a fun and unexpected Christmas gift. Christmas gift challenge is to find something that would not be found at the campus outlets. It created wonderful conversations from visitors. None of visitors working on the campus or just fans of Mississippi State University had seen one of the MSU Gnomes. So great to give a fan something new, fun, and unseen who lives very near the campus. Of course, any and all collegiate items are fun to give as gifts.

I bought two of these as gifts for dedicated University Fans. They are cute, attractive and nobody wanted to use them in the garden! One person, who has an extensive Santa Claus collection on display at Christmas, added it to her collection - the perfect UNC themed Santa. It does look like the jolly old elf, and indeed, is perfect for indoor display. The gnome is tabletop size, charming, well made and very detail oriented. Absolutely unique for sports fans.
