Comments about Product: Beautiful design and color, however stains easily with mildew and falls apart, and I do mean all apart if you wash. If you're looking for pretty and not sturdy, I would recommend these. For the price I expected more. ;(

I would buy this product again and again
Comments about Product: Absolutely LOVE these pillows. I ordered two of them for our family room which is in American flag theme. When they arrived, one had a pulled thread. I returned them which was VERY easy and got my replacement pillow in a few days!! I was actually pleasantly surprised when they arrived so quickly at my front door! Great company to do business with!
Comments about Product: I have a covered front porch and decided to do an Americana theme this season. I purchased these 2 pillows to put on a black park bench. To compliment the pillows, I purchased the Americana crock sold through Plow and Hearth. I will add red and white geraniums to continue the theme. I am VERY PLEASED with these products!
Comments about Product: It is paired nicely with the other pillow design. I love the look!
Very Nice Quality & Appearance
Comments about Product: Love the pillow. The fabric is very nice quality and it's made well. It will look great on the bench on the front porch all summer. I would highly recommend.
Comments about Product: It's hard to find Americana pillows and bedspreads that are classy looking (like our flag!) Usually they are busy or gaudy if you can find them at all. I bought this and the flag pillow and love them both. A gift for my brothers home. Nice product selection Plow & Hearth!

The Olla: A Brief History
Olla (Spanish, pronounced “oh-ya”) jars have been around since ancient times. Made of unglazed ceramic, ollas traditionally have short, narrow necks with wider bodies, and are made in a variety of shapes. They have been used for thousands of years for cooking, storage, and plant irrigation.
When used to irrigate plants, an olla is buried neck-deep in the ground near a plant’s roots, with the opening of the olla extended above the soil so that it can be filled with water periodically. The porous walls of the unglazed pottery allow the water to seep through gradually, constantly and consistently hydrating the plants without overwatering them – and without wasting precious water to evaporation or runoff.
The use of ollas for irrigation was introduced to the American Southwest by Spanish conquistadors during Colonial times, becoming very common among Native American tribes and Hispanic settlers. Though the technique gave way to more modern methods of irrigation some time ago, its superior efficiency, coupled with its simplicity, has caused it to make a comeback. Though the technique has changed little since its introduction, today’s ollas are usually capped off, making them even more water-efficient.
Perfect for home gardens, Ollas are a super-easy, eco-friendly, less time-consuming way to water annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables and plants of all kinds in dry, sandy soil, very hot or drought-prone areas, raised beds, and even pots, planters and hanging baskets. Fill the olla before you leave on a short vacation to enjoy worry-free watering – and a smaller water bill!
